MXRA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,110 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MXRA7_S128, TIMP2, and MXRA7_S140. Each is linked with MXRA7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA7-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXRA7 versus MXRA7_S128 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
