MXRA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRPX2, MEIS3, and SPARC. Each is linked with MXRA7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA7-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXRA7 versus SRPX2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
