Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MXRA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4695, C7orf66, and PPIAP17. Each is linked with MXRA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA7-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4695 grouped by MXRA7-low versus MXRA7-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
