MXI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P1, RNU6-747P, and RNY4P3. Each is linked with MXI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXI1-to-partner and partner-to-MXI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P1 grouped by MXI1-low versus MXI1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
