MXI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MXI1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,130 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POU2F1, ANKLE1, and PCCA. Each is linked with MXI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXI1-to-partner and partner-to-MXI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POU2F1 grouped by MXI1-low versus MXI1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
