MXD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MXD3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 198 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERO1B, CBFB, and ZNHIT1. Each is linked with MXD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXD3-to-partner and partner-to-MXD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
