MX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,294 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT2, OAS2, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with MX2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MX2-to-partner and partner-to-MX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
