MX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Cyclin-B1, and Ku80. Each is linked with MX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MX2-to-partner and partner-to-MX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
