Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MVP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,935 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MVP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4, PARP4_T101, and PSMB5. Each is linked with MVP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVP-to-partner and partner-to-MVP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MVP versus PARP4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
