Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MVP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, MEX3A, and STMN1. Each is linked with MVP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVP-to-partner and partner-to-MVP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MVP versus CCNB1IP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
