Across TCGA cell cohorts, MVP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,740 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MVP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mononuclear cell migration, Intracellular receptor signaling pathway, and Membrane raft organization. Each is linked with MVP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVP-to-partner and partner-to-MVP results are reported.
