Across TCGA cell cohorts, MVP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM213, CST9L, and WFDC13. Each is linked with MVP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MVP-to-partner and partner-to-MVP results are reported.
