Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUTYH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,806 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUTYH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, SMC1A, and TOE1. Each is linked with MUTYH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUTYH-to-partner and partner-to-MUTYH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUTYH versus NASP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
