Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUTYH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,283 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUTYH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANP32BP2, MIR4487, and POLR2C. Each is linked with MUTYH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUTYH-to-partner and partner-to-MUTYH results are reported.
