Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUTYH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUTYH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYPB, LIPK, and OR4D5. Each is linked with MUTYH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUTYH-to-partner and partner-to-MUTYH results are reported.
