MUS81

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUS81 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,047 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUS81-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1, NXF1, and PPP1R8. Each is linked with MUS81 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUS81-to-partner and partner-to-MUS81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUS81 versus RSF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUS81→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUS81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
