MUS81

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUS81 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUS81-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRIQ3, RNU6-13P, and ACTR10. Each is linked with MUS81 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUS81-to-partner and partner-to-MUS81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUS81 versus LRRIQ3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUS81→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUS81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
