MUS81

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUS81 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUS81-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-13, TEX36-AS1, and RNU7-79P. Each is linked with MUS81 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUS81-to-partner and partner-to-MUS81 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-13 grouped by MUS81-low versus MUS81-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUS81→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUS81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
