Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUS81 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,802 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUS81-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with MUS81 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUS81-to-partner and partner-to-MUS81 results are reported.
