Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,193 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC47, ADA2, and AKR7A2. Each is linked with MUL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUL1-to-partner and partner-to-MUL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUL1 versus LRRC47 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
