Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,483 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITM2A, SFRP4, and FOLR1. Each is linked with MUL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUL1-to-partner and partner-to-MUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUL1 versus ITM2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
