MUL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ11, MIR193BHG, and ZNF234. Each is linked with MUL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUL1-to-partner and partner-to-MUL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ11 grouped by MUL1-low versus MUL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
