Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,813 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of type 2 mitophagy, Positive regulation of mitochondrial fission, and Positive regulation of type 2 mitophagy. Each is linked with MUL1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUL1-to-partner and partner-to-MUL1 results are reported.
