MUCL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUCL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,024 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUCL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPK3, SNX4, and STK25. Each is linked with MUCL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUCL3-to-partner and partner-to-MUCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUCL3 versus MAPK3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
