MUCL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUCL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUCL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, Cyclin-E2, and Notch1. Each is linked with MUCL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUCL3-to-partner and partner-to-MUCL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bax grouped by MUCL3-low versus MUCL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUCL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUCL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
