MUCL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUCL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 416 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUCL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26P29, MTCO1P27, and RNA5SP419. Each is linked with MUCL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUCL1-to-partner and partner-to-MUCL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL26P29 grouped by MUCL1-low versus MUCL1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUCL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUCL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
