MUC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,545 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02688, MUC5AC, and IGFALS. Each is linked with MUC6 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC6-to-partner and partner-to-MUC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
