MUC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,816 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB27B, PHKA1_S758, and POGZ_S1364. Each is linked with MUC6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC6-to-partner and partner-to-MUC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
