Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,520 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASS1, TNS3, and FAM83E_S351. Each is linked with MUC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC4-to-partner and partner-to-MUC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC4 versus ASS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
