Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VANGL2, CCDC43, and FAM162B. Each is linked with MUC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC4-to-partner and partner-to-MUC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VANGL2 grouped by MUC4-low versus MUC4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
