MUC22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,557 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC21, HCG22, and SCEL. Each is linked with MUC22 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC22-to-partner and partner-to-MUC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MUC22 versus MUC21 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
