MUC22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENDOU, PSKH2, and URAD. Each is linked with MUC22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC22-to-partner and partner-to-MUC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENDOU grouped by MUC22-low versus MUC22-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
