MUC22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MUC22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD30BL, PABPC1L2A, and OPRPN. Each is linked with MUC22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC22-to-partner and partner-to-MUC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD30BL grouped by MUC22-low versus MUC22-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
