MUC21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,406 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCEL, EVPL, and TTC9. Each is linked with MUC21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC21-to-partner and partner-to-MUC21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC21→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
