MUC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MUC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPC24, MTHFD2, and ARHGAP11A. Each is linked with MUC17 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC17-to-partner and partner-to-MUC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPC24 grouped by MUC17-low versus MUC17-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
