Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MUC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,081 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MUC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRG1, STS, and FSD1. Each is linked with MUC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MUC1-to-partner and partner-to-MUC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MUC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MUC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
