Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, WDFY4, and CTSS. Each is linked with MTX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX2-to-partner and partner-to-MTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX2 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
