Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 721 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6P1, TAF9, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with MTX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX2-to-partner and partner-to-MTX2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F6P1 grouped by MTX2-low versus MTX2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
