Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and LKB1. Each is linked with MTX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX2-to-partner and partner-to-MTX2 results are reported.
