MTX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,833 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FDPS, RPRD2, and ADAR. Each is linked with MTX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX1-to-partner and partner-to-MTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX1 versus FDPS in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
