Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,546 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYL1, GNAI2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with MTX1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX1-to-partner and partner-to-MTX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX1 versus LYL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
