Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,403 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Threonyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Glucoside transport, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with MTX1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX1-to-partner and partner-to-MTX1 results are reported.
