Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6 and TLE7. Each is linked with MTX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX1-to-partner and partner-to-MTX1 results are reported.
