MTUS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,365 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTUS2-AS1, WASF3, and FRY. Each is linked with MTUS2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTUS2 versus MTUS2-AS1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
