Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,488 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTUS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIF1A_S1370, PRUNE1, and STXBP1. Each is linked with MTUS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTUS2 versus KIF1A_S1370 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
