Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,620 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTUS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCSAP_S240, CIR1_S202, and RPS26_T96. Each is linked with MTUS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS2 results are reported.
