Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTUS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and 4E-BP1_pT70. Each is linked with MTUS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by MTUS2-low versus MTUS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
