MTUS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MTUS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX5, OR8B3, and SLC35G3. Each is linked with MTUS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTUS2-to-partner and partner-to-MTUS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX5 grouped by MTUS2-low versus MTUS2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
