MTURN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTURN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,849 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTURN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP14, NRDC, and NAXD. Each is linked with MTURN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTURN-to-partner and partner-to-MTURN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTURN versus PARP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTURN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTURN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
