Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTURN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,816 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTURN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, RPS27P16, and VIPR1. Each is linked with MTURN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTURN-to-partner and partner-to-MTURN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTURN versus CAVIN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTURN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTURN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
